"You Have Regrets?"
In the numbingness of the cold
We learned a lot about each other
 What we chose to forget
Based on what we chose would break us as individuals
Celebrate the achievement of this failure
Or mourn the atrocity of how it demolished
We remained as links to a cheap chain
Refusing to be broken or torn
 For reasons unknown
 But we remain rusted
By the wrath of past storms
 Must we be physically shaken
 In order to start anew
 The screeching cries
 Of the links
 Scraping
 Against each other
 Refusing
 To defy
The warranty made within each other
 Will soon give in
 And the thunderous drop
 Of each link
That once held all that there was together
Will be heard by not one soul
 But felt within the two
 Griping
 Onto one another
