A simple scribble on a page, a stitch on a cloth
a spatter on a canvas, or a sheet with a few notes
all different expressions of the beauty we call art
with each stroke of the pencil a mood is uttered
a tear is cried a piece of laughter has slipped
a persons passion assembled with color
a fear broken with each flick of a wrist
therapy for both the viewer and artist
