My own experience is that once a story has been written, one has to cross out the beginning and the end. It is there that we authors do most of our lying.
- Anton Chekhov

They ask you to spill your feelings.
They tell you to try your best.
They take the things you give without gratefulness.
They push you back.
They ignore you when it matters.
They go against everything you say.
Yet they tell you they love you, but nothing matters.
You may try your hardest to make them love you, but yet nothing will ever matter to them.
You are still the same old.
You are never good enough for them.
They push you until all you want to do is blow up in their face.
Then it comes to the day you have to make a choice.
Live or relive the same cycle again.
You have no one to turn to.
No one will consider your feelings.
Then it surprises them when you blow up.
Too late for them.
You will be gone by the time they figure it out.
They pushed you away the furthest they could and then you are forgotten.
They never listened.
The jokes on them.
This time it is they that will suffer.

This piece has nothing of myself in here. I just got the idea from a story I read. I hope that this poem is good enough to keep someone reading.
