My Love of Astronomy
I’ve always liked watching the stars
And when my gaze caresses you
It’s like I’m flying 1,000,000 miles per hour
Through unknown planets and mysterious nebulas
Traveling the universe without taking a single step
And when your eyes meet mine
It’s like the stars collide
And galaxies explode
Sending comets and asteroids and light
To every corner of infinity
As the beauty of nothing and everything
Becomes indescribable and vividly real
Like the stars
Which I’ve always liked watching
