My thoughts. They control me.
Overpower me. I try to smile.
But then there you are again,
In my mind.
I try to get away. Just leave.
But whenever I blink. Dream.
Sleep. There you are again.
Flashbacks. Nightmares.
Story of my life. Hiding?
Impossible. There’s just
No way. Can’t escape.
Such a horrible fate.
The assault. The rape.
Can’t escape.
I shut my eyes.
I see you again.
Where’s my future?
Hope?
How do I handle it?
You need to cope?
No kidding.
How?
Someone tell me how
To get you out of
My head.
Tell me how.
Please.
Someone

Tell
Me
How.
