To Live & Die in Discontent
I understand the emotion
The sorrow of the wind,
Constantly passing the world by
And never stopping to find peace.
The chase gets tiresome.
But what is the wind following,
other than itself?
Humans are quite like the wind.
Never ceasing the search
for superficial happiness,
and why?
Only to outdo ourselves.
This is why
We live,
and die,
in discontent.
