My teacher told me once
I reminded her of Venus
I keep too much inside
my fury accumulates
like its heat
I heard nothing could survive
Venus
I wonder, though
could I survive me?
yes
I was like venus
I kept too much inside
and yet
my fire has stopped
burning me so violently
