Favorite Quote:
“When it's over, I want to say: all my life
I was a bride married to amazement.
I was the bridegroom, taking the world into my arms.

When it is over, I don't want to wonder
if I have made of my life something particular, and real.
I don't want to find myself sighing and frightened,
or full of argument.

I don't want to end up simply having visited this world.”

Heart is..
An ominous creature,
Whom resides in this fragile,
And fractured ribcage of mine,
It does wonder with her mythical desires,
Like raging rivers,
With countless needs to be fulfilled,

Heart is..
A dauntless pandora,
Wild and untamed,
It wears nothing,
Nothing but counterfeit dreams ,
And false hope,
On her glowing,
Scarlet face,

Heart is..
An alluring and obscured,
Cryptic maze,
It consumes your broken souls,
And shattered dreams,
Later ,
Imprison them in an anomalous jar
With crimson tags,
And lip tints smudges,

Heart is..
A clandestine account of supreme secrecy,
It withdraws thousands of worthless words ,
From your ruby red lips,
And gather them in it's treasured chest,
Only to be reaped and sowed,
As time comes and goes,

Heart is..
Made to be broken,
Shattered ,
And beaten into shape,
Because,
It's simply nothing,
But ,
An effervescent glow stick,
That will only spare its light,
When defected.

Heart is..
An ominous clockwork,
That ticks in vain,
On your purple and blue,
Mottled skin,

Very interesting piece of poetry. You have a horizon of bold words to warp this poem into beauty.  I love your analogies, and I admire your use of vocabulary. Great work
