There once was a girl who put a smile on my face,
little did I know she was hurt in her heart.
Before knowledge had come, she seemed happy as can be,
but the girl hid it very well.
When knowledge had come,
I set out on a quest to fix her broken heart.
It had been months and months but still no progress.
Then silence fell from the girl who put a smile on my face.
Had the quest been stopped? Nay just put on pause.
Months passed and silence was broken, onward I yelled to finish the quest.
The quest goes on,
but there is an end in sight,
Soon the heart will be fixed,
it will be whole.
And I will put a smile on her face.
