Streets painted with red gore

Tories and Patriots declaring war

The King’s statue is torn down

The Loyalists are fleeing town

British soldiers stomp down the street

Washington disappears with his fleet

Barge in our homes, take all of our food

Don’t forget we have to house them too

After being sick and tire

Our whole world is set to fire

Houses to ash, lungs filled with soot

Now it’s time to set down our foot

Fire the muskets! Call the Minutemen!

Now hurry everyone, strike again!

Bodies falling all around

Cannons booming in the sound

They’ve caught five-thousand of our men

Washingtons gone yet again

Prisoners of war, with nothing to eat

Friends are falling at our feet

We hear the news, Washington won!

Now this Revolution has just begun

With none to trust, nowhere to hide

Both good and bad collide

Fire the muskets! Call the Minutemen!

Cheers everyone, we won again!

We’ll fight for freedom, fight for liberty!
Fight to get our victory!
