One trudge . . .
                         Two trudge . . .
                                                  Three trudge . . .
As they make their way through the treacherous
snow.  Something bothers the beasts as they
                                                                              suddenly stop.
Anxious . . .
                       Confused . . .
             Frustrated . . .
The Mammoths feel as if they're being watched.
     Surrounded by the sparkling, snowy
     vast land they see nothing.

One trudge . . .
  Two trudge . . .
        Three trudge . . . Halt!
An unexpected event happens -- a missing calf
from the pack!  They continue on their path,
chaos startles the pack and they scatter.

One dead . . .
  Two dead . . .
Three dead . . .
Blood splatters on to the blanket of white snow.
Screams of death echo throughout the land. “A
good hunting,” a Clovis Indian  man shouts out!

  Silence . . .
