They say heat rises
But my heart sank to the floor
You spiraled through my life
Like a tyrannous twisting tornado
Coming and going as you please
Rushing through the crowds
Chasing you up the stairs
I found no placidity
In the way you yanked me around
Stopping at no plead
My heart hit the wall
Falling to the floor,
I was compelled to expel
And drained of any retort
Like always,
You swept me up again

I really enjoyed all of the visuals that this poem makes and the picture you chose to go with it fits together with the poem nicely. Good job.
