beaytiful day
The pale blue expanse lurks
over head, cloudless and sun baked.
All day the warm ball of light beats
down on the stale grass, cracking
the frozen surface.
The dry dirt crunches
as I walk over the cracked exterior. So serene
and bliss the 70º weather
with the birds and animals all around. The bright
field is peaceful but gives allergies.
Laughter echoes through the
bright field as kids play soccer or volleyball. The quiet
was peaceful but the noise
is full of fun and joy.
