My Experience with Windows 98, Windows ME, and Windows 2000
One day, I felt really nutty
because there were only 3 more vintage operating systems to try,
and as my PC was ready, Virtualbox was my best buddy.
For my hard disk, I freed
a lot of junk files.
Although these operating systems had no such greed,
their .ISO files sat in my drive in piles.
The first OS I tried out was Windows 98,
which sent me into a rapture.
I had wanted to do this, although I waited for months, at least 8.
I hurriedly made a capture.
The next OS I tried was Windows ME,
but made me uncontrollably mad.
It failed to validate my two product keys!
The adverts promoting Windows ME were really just lying ads.
The last was Windows 2000. It was so good,
that it made me so happy!
Unlike Windows 98 and Windows ME, it didn’t even boo,
but the install was so slow that I became hungry!

While tinkering around with these vintage Windows operating systems, I was inspired to write this poem about my experiences with each of them.
