The Dream
Martin Luther King Jr.
Fighting for our freedom,
Standing today, before segregated people.
I pledge, to represent every single person present,
In this war for equality.
Although each color is different, we are all the same.
My dream for this world, is for freedom and desegregation,
Not blame.
Let my words linger for a length of time.
Until victory bells ring out in chime.
To tell us our war is now finished.
Let our voices be heard;
We will not stop, until we have won the battle.
Because I have a dream.
