Good Gone Gooner
Try as I might - I could never be you.
A demigod forging miracles in the Emirates-
Whose eyes dazzle in the dark, giving hope to the masses in the stands-
Your name immortalized among the greats.
I pace through this emerald green pitch - my sanctuary, my orbit in space.
Traveling light years in search of who I am - but holding a desire to be you dear.
Then, I realized - the passion has vanished without a trace amongst the star dust-
Crushed by a meteorite of fear.
