At school, with friends, or life
What does society see when they look at me?
The skinny girl, The black girl, The girl who reads
I don't know who to be all the time
A teenager, a young adult, or a kid
What does the world have in store for me?
Dreams, Expectations, or Reality
I dom't know where my journey ends
With happiness, hope, desire, or despair
How do I change the world?
With a fight between words or voices? Which is more powerful?
I don't know what scares me more
Failuire or Success
I know I have to try
For me
Otherwise I'll never know
