Ice Cold
Our love was warm
Every day a gift
Every smile a memory
No way to replace it
The knock at my door
A sour tone
The look on your face
Couldn’t hide a thing
When you left
And drove away
That’s when my warmth
Began to fade
My body grew cold
As well as my soul
Not having any warmth to hold
It began with my hands
That no longer feel you
Then to my arms
And my heart it
Would soon consume
My body is cold
Like ice under snow
With a light blue tone
Left by the one
I used to hold
