Nightmare
Materials:
Spoonful of sleep
A flurry of blankets
Pinch of lavender
A galaxy of spiders
A season of black
A pocketful of dirt
Directions:
Rest on your bed with the flurry of blankets.
While snuggled up in the flurry of blankets, apply the pinch of lavender and smear all over your face.
Let it set for 10 minutes
Now, let the spoonful of sleep seep into your head
Stir for 30 minutes
After step 5, make sure the pocketful of dust creates a dust storm in your head.
Once you feel the thrusts of the wind allow the season of black to settle in.
Outline your body with the galaxy of spiders
With the galaxy of spiders, let them crawl all over you until you cannot be seen
To finish off, allow the spiders to glide down your throat and reproduce
