Wasteful Life
Life's a grape, short, and fresh.
Very juicy and plump,
waiting to be eaten.
Still very green, with lots of
life left to look forward to.
But than it adapts, and turns rotten.
It becomes unbearable, and repulsive.
Doesn't get touched or even noticed.
Becomes lonesome, and gloomy.
Then finally the time has come to an unexpected end,
And leaves me miserable.
