Nightmare
I believed profoundly,
That was all I knew
I don’t know why
Why did I pray?
Why did I live?
Why did I breath?
I could not say anymore.
The race toward death had begun
A hot summer sun,
An endless night,
An open tomb,
Was I still alive?
Possessed by an evil spirit;
Dumb, indifferent, absent
Was I awake?
It was a nightmare:
Standing. Counting off. Sitting down. Standing up again. On the ground once more. Endlessly
