I am a wolf
I stick with my own
In all else, my distrust is sown
While I have faith in my pack,
My assurance in all else lacks
For while I trust that my den is loyal and true
I know that anyone else I may come to rue
This is my way, as it always has been
Doubt all but one, your constant true kin

This piece is meant to represent the personality of someone who is not very trusting. They have a close knit circle of family and friends or a "pack" that they know will do them no harm. Like the wolf, they fear the ones that they do not know, perhaps for a reason.
