Sun and Moon Haiku
A girl in a dress
Of the brightest golds and reds
Strides through a meadow
She sees a young man
Pale, shining, and beautiful
The girl steps closer
The man sees the girl
Her bright eyes capture his heart
He sweeps his blue robes
She takes a few steps
She's getting closer to him
His dark eyes pierce her
Now he walks toward her
Her dark skin shines on its own
He loves her long hair
His eyes seem dark blue
They hold mysteries to solve
She wants to solve them
The closer they get
The farther away they are
They can never touch
They cannot be one
But their love lasts forever
They never give up
