Being alone is often painted as a negitive thing. I struggle with feeling bad about myself for not always feeling up to being around people and I want to send a positive message that it's okay to be a loner sometimes! It's important to be social when it's necessary, but it's perfectly fine to relish time by yourself as well. I want people to know that feeling isolated doesn't mean there's something wrong with you- it means you know your limits and you're comfortable with yourself.
