Yeah, I Know
I was only a little girl when you left

Eight years, going on 20, you said.

Remember when you'd tuck me into bed

Tickle my nose and kiss me softly on the head.

Well, now I'm all grown up, and I'm standing on your grave

Wondering if memories were all I saved

Where was the father I knew before this mess?

For the little without the chance to rest?

I know you probably can't hear me, still I'd know what you'd say

Something undone, about me moving on.

 But I really wanna stay

Yeah, I know, I'm too young to understand this

Yeah, I know, I may never find the one

One I know, the one I knew before everything went wrong

Or at least somebody to show

 Yeah, I know
