The Gift
July 9, 2010
she kissed him goodbye,
and gave him his heart,
she couldn't fix it,
it just fell apart.
his mind is still on,
the girl he once knew,
who cared for his heart,
and kept it brand new.
now that she's gone,
his soul still cries,
for the girl with the gift,
who saw through his eyes.

well its about a guy who broke up with a girl and tried moving on with a different girl but wasn't able to feel the same way with her. so she left him and his heart was still left broken with no one to fix it.
