Adam and Eve
I saw the moonlight in her eyes.
The happiness shown through,
Her breath sang out in sighs,
The soft hands placed,
Against his callous goodbyes,
And the wind sang a tune,
But how do you sing that song again?
God was watching her upon the moon,
And she knew everything was good.
It was a bittersweet moment,
The sparkling waters of life's abyss
Danced in harmony under the constellations.
Glorious beams of light,
Blinded the eyes of the man and woman.
She made him happy,
Because she had completed him,
Like a puzzle piece.
And though strangers alone in paradise,
They were never ashamed.
Never remiss in life's treasures,
For they had built a world together.
