When I'm Lost
Your brown eyes, they cover the skies at night,
they lighten my path and are never too bright,
when I seem to lose my way you find me,
even through all the fright you stick close to me,
those rosy pink lips, how I miss their feel,
the warm feeling they give closes the deal,
when you whisper my name it’s never the same,
your arms wrap around me again our kindled flame,
if only our love could last for eternity,
but first we must change this dream to reality,
it’s like Romeo and Juliet, we are forbidden,
but we’re Bonnie and Clyde our love can’t be hidden,
let us spend our last days, hours, minutes, seconds,
together, as we face the unknown that beckons.
