I used to be drinking all different brands of energy drinks but when I found ghost there was no question what the best energy drink was.  They have 8 different flavors right now that will all leave you satisfied.  

Many energy drinks have high sugar and are terrible for you.  These other energy drinks leave your stomach feeling upset and angered.  Ghost will leave you with no stomach ache and you will have energy to power through your day as well.  They have found a solution to pack 200 milligrams of caffeine with only 5 calories.  Ghost energy strives to make it clear that there is ZERO sugar in all of their products.  

 They have 8 different flavors right now that will all leave you satisfied. They have partnered with companies such as airhead, as well as sour patch kids, and swedish fish.  I drink one before every workout and have had all of the flavors. 

 My personal favorite is the blue raspberry sour patch kid flavor.  It leaves an amazing taste in your mouth that is unbearable for a few hours.  The sweetness you get at first taste, but yet the sour taste you get while it goes down your throat is amazing.  The second best flavor in my opinion is the RedBerry.  Sour and sweet, this one carries a distinct redberry flavor. I can sense the taste throughout my mouth.  It doesn't taste like cherry, or even strawberry, the name is right on.  The carbonation in this one is perfect, not too much.  The citrus flavor tastes exactly like lemon-lime Gatorade.  It didn't give me as much as the wow factor but was still enjoyable.  The airhead flavor called sour watermelon sure is sour.  It reminds me of when I was a kid when my friends and I would dare each other to eat an airhead.  But besides all of that this drink has a sour taste but still the sweetness of watermelon.  The tropical mango flavor didn't amaze me as much as the others.  This flavor was the worst, however better than many on the market.  

In conclusion I believe that everyone should give ghost energy a try.  They are a pretty new company yet doing very well because of their positive feedback.  Each can of ghost energy is $3.50 each.  All of the flavors are mouthwatering and thirst quenching. It will keep you energized throughout the day.
