The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch
The Lies of Locke Lamora
Are you looking for a wonderful new book? Something a little strong to wake you up? Well The Lies of Locke Lamora is absolutely fantastic. A story of a young boy who ascends to top in a world of thieves. Be warned, this book has a lot of strong language and some gory scenes
The main character is a boy, Locke Lamora who starts of as a petty thief. This book takes you through his life, switching between present day and flashbacks. The tale is an exciting one, filled with action, mystery, and a tinge of romance. The story continues as a very complicated one, so I would not recommend this to someone who is looking for something easy to read. The story is filled with action and fights, which really does get you imagining. There is also a mystery component to this book. So if you like to solve a mystery this book is right for you. Another fascinating aspect of the book is the brains of the characters. Their scenes will really get you thinking. All in all this book is for someone willing to stay for a long ride. It is for anyone capable of understanding a twisted and complicated story with plots that will get your brain thinking and dreaming. It really is an amazing book
