Take me As I Am - James Labrie of Dream Theater

As we've seen with Steven Wilson`s solo albums like The Raven That Refused to Sing and Hand. Cannot. Erase. he is what you might call, musical genius. Formed in England in the 90s and having elements of Pink Floyd, Yes, and King Crimson to boot as well with some modern progressive metal as well. All of that make for the great recipe of this album right here.
Fear of a Blank Planet is considered to be one the band`s most well known and greatest of all time by many fans. With only 6 tracks and 50 minutes to work with, it isn't hard to see why. There is also the 17 minute epic Anesthetize which is laid out much like Pink Floyd`s Shine On You Crazy Diamond, which is also around the same length. You really can't stress how much of a genius Steven Wilson is. Its laid out right there for you with music.
I give this a 10/10. I'm the Grim Reaper, signing off.
