“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” - MLK

"It's done, I'm inside." The assassin says into his headset. He has a backpack on, full of advanced technology. Even though the world around him  is already advanced with technology, he is a master of his time. His time is the year 4089... he was sent to assassinate the king of his rather extensive country. The lock on the main door is picked by another tool that the assassin has in his bag. The king hears the door being electronically hacked and becomes suspicious and points to the door, "who's there?" The guards suddenly pointed their laser guns at the door. The door made more sounds until suddenly it slowly creaked open and the guards were aiming with their ready guns at it. Then in about a split second the assassin came through, rapidly spinning and jumping around and killing both guards in seconds. The king pleaded. "Who sent you?"  The assassin ignored him. "Back away! I'm warning you!" The king said again. The assassin had no fear; he didn't know if the king really could harm him or not, but he didn't care. "One more step and I swear!" The assassin continued as if the king never said anything and killed the king... "Checkmate." The assassin said staring at the dead king. "Mission complete!" The assassin said into his headset."Returning to HQ!"Then suddenly the assassins informer replied, "No! Do not return!" The assassin was confused "why?" He said curiously and slightly worried he wouldn't get his money. "Because, I have revealed your location to the authorities and you are surrounded." The informer said not caring about the outcome of the assassin. "WHY?!" The assassin said furious. "Because, I don't want to pay you!" The informer said back. "They will kill me! You don't have to give me the money just do something!" The assassin said back lying. "I must disconnect because they are now only 20 feet away from the room." The informer said. "No! You coward!" The assassin screamed knowing he would die. He would never give up though. He glanced around the room looking for a way out. The police had a lot of advanced technology too, but not like the assassin's. The assassin activated his invisibility, took out his grapple gun, and shot it out the window. It had attached itself to the building across the street. As the assassin started to fly out the window he tossed a mist grenade into the room and it was immediately filled with gas that disoriented the police. The assassin arrived on the Opposite roof and stared at the scene as he was filled with fury and rage. He had decided to get revenge on his informer, whatever it took. He thought for a moment. How would he start? He thought that maybe if he could get back to his informers base quick enough that he would get there before the recreant fled. He knew exactly the directions too. He opened his backpack and pulled put another item of advanced technology. This one could enable one to fly. He flew, across the city sky. No one noticed him. They were all frantically running like ants being soaked in the rain. They were so nervous at the thought of their order being destroyed. He thought that it was so silly, and that you don't need order in a world like this. In a quick amount of time he arrived at his informers base. He put in the secret code at the door. It unlocked, ticking and switching gears for about 5 seconds. He opened the door and aimed a projectile weapon around searching for his informer. He looked around no longer searching for his informer, but still with his weapon raised and aimed in front of him. He kept walking around the small base. The informer was always paranoid, probably because he was a coward, traitor, and had committed many crimes. The assassin soon realized the informer wasn't there and he put away his weapon and started to search the base for clues. He looked around more, he found a note. It read: "my troops are on their way. You may want to scurry awayOr dead you will lay." The informer had written this note. The informer made it rhyme to incorporate the fact that he was laughing at the assassin. The informer also had said "my troops" this meant that the informer had taken over the throne of the fallen king. The assassin had the choice to do this when he killed the king, but he decided not to betray anyone even for ultimate power. But he thought about he rhyming part, disregarding the fact that his informer had complete control over the city. "He won't be able to laugh when he busy gasping for air." He muttered to himself. He knew what was coming, so he ran to the secret escape. He heard the police barge through the main entrance. He quickly got away, by  climbing out the secret escape, and into an alley. He climbed the staircase on an apartment. He was eventually on the roof staring down on the police walking into the base. The assassin always like to watch things from a higher perspective, it made him feel powerful. But in it him the next hour, he would have the true power, not just a feeling. The assassin knew that the informer was sitting on the throne, probably being overly confident that his plan had worked. The assassin flew back to the where the kings building was. He stared for moments, thinking of what the last words the informer will ever hear should be. He decided to wing it. He flew into the throne room with his technology and into the window where he had exited. He quickly killed the guards. He stared at the informer, thinking, he wanted to make this moment epic, he wanted to savor it. "Please, tell me why again?" The assassin asked the informer. "Please, don't kill me, I'll give you double the money!" The informer squealed. "Oh, yes, that's why. It because of the money." The assassin remembered. "That's what the worlds problem is. Any man would betray his brother for something he wants. EVERY, man, even myself. It is just in our nature. You betrayed me for power, now I'll betray you for revenge. Every man has something he would do for anything, and of coarse, logically that must end at some point. But over the 4089 years since Jesus, it hasn't happened. It'll take a damn long time even from now for man to be happy with his life, we will probably all end each other before we are happy, even then we will be miserable. Man says heaven is eternity of peace, but with man himself there will never be peace. That's why we need a tyrant like myself, so surrender. You're a coward anyway." The assassin lectured. "Yeah, I totally agree with you." The informer said still scared. "But, I will not give up." The informer said. The assassin was shocked. "Like I said, man will end himself for what he wants, he is relentless, and by he I mean us, we are all one." The assassin replied with a negative tone again. The assassin knew he would win this easily, but the informer had confidence. The informer stood, stared, then ran at the assassin. The assassin stood still, hoping that killing him wouldn't be as easy as he thought and he would put up a challenge for his throne, but he his hopes were in vain. The informer was slain quickly, yet painfully, the assassin wasn't going to hold back, but he hoped with all his might that man wouldn't be as weak as he assumed. Then slowly, the assassin sat on the throne. He knew what would happen next, naturally people like order, without any change. Since there were two very quick changes. They would urge to make more so it would keep a steady pace in changing. The assassin did not care, for his combat skills were impeccable. They formed a line outside his door, a line of challengers that would all try to kill each other if they each won a battle. The ants that were so worried about the rain... His reign. But he waited for the one day that the revolution would
defeat him, hoping it would be sooner than later ironically, because he was man, and he didn't like change.
