Greeting the Dawn
I can feel the pebbly sand under my body as I'm lying out on the beach. It's another chilly morning. The sky is bright, and the ocean waves make a steady, melodious sound. The wind caresses me, running up my long tanned legs, enclosing it upon my bare arms. The blue running shorts and short sleeved green hoodies aren't really helping me stay warm. My short black hair is spread out, and I move a strand away from my light brown eyes. I take a deep breath. Smelling the salty ocean air, and I can taste it on my tongue. I roll over lazily onto my stomach, and glance at my cell phone/ I stand up, and raise my arm to greet the sun.
"Good morning."
