Our scene begins in the middle of math class, with the entire class silently working on their laptops. The only sound to be heard is the tapping of fingers on the keyboard.

Class: *silent*

The door to the classroom opens, and a young man looking fly as heck walks in like he doesn’t even know you are so totally in love with him. I mean, he is like your friggin world, but he’s just like walking in. He doesn’t even care. I mean, he doesn’t know you… but he should still care. Oh, whatever! He’s hot.
 

You: *pretends to work on project* *stays totally cool* *doesn’t even noticeably look up at him*

The young man hands the teacher a note, and people start to take notice of this new fellow. As soon as they realize that they don’t really care, they go back to what they’re doing.

Best Friend: *taps you on the shoulder knowing he’s the guy you can’t shut up about*

You: *turns around like you don’t know why she just tapped you on the shoulder*

Best Friend: *nods to the front of the room where the guy you like A LOT is standing*

You: *looks to the front of the room, then back at your best friend* *smiles*

Crush: *walks around your desk to the door*

Door: *75% of the way shut*

You: *falls out of chair giggling and crying at the same time*
