Replacement
Replacement is not removing a person you don’t like for someone you do like. You can replace a person for someone else but you can’t replace a person’s great personality or the way that they make you smile and make you feel better inside about yourself as well as about others. But replacing some for someone else you are replacing a smile and a great person for a frown and a fool!
