are you an addict
I agree with Emma M. in her article that many people consume multiple amounts of caffeine. People may become addicted to caffeine. The average healthy adult should not exceed 400 milligrams. That is less than 2 cans of caffine. I know I drink way to omuch caffine and that I should cut back on it. I drink 6 cans of coke and a coffee daily. I usually drink a soda with a meal also, but I cant st op drinking it. I guess caffine really is addicting.
