My Redneck
You’ll never change your ways
 I hope that quirk stays
 Your can of Skoal chew
 Even if it’s not new.
 Hunting in the freezing rain
With only two things to gain
 Wrecking your cars
Because you can’t stop looking at the stars.
 Showing absolutely no fears
Only one reason for your tears
 Showing me total bliss
Each and every time we kiss.
They call you a country boy
And say that I am just a toy
But I know I am different
 Because this was meant.
 He calls you a tool
 Because you hate school
 I call you a man
 Because you have a plan.
She calls you nothing but a redneck
But I know you are my Redneck.
