Roses are Red
Roses are red, violets are white
A sunflower glows on a moonless night
Casting its beams on the lilies at sea
Sweetly they rest under cherry blossom trees
Blooming with romance, towering over
A minature forest of pink and white clovers
Growing like weeds yet seeming so mellow
Appearing so dim beside fiery yellow
Dandelion youth, so free and so bold
Softer and wiser as they grow old
A gust of wind spreads their lot
Thir legacy whispers, "Forget-me-not."
