People telling me what is right and what is wrong.
I am from sweaty palms and tight muscles.
Freaking out over the future.
What the outcome might be━
How people want me to grow.
I am from moving homes to better lives.
Lives that paint the horizon━
With my desires to succeed.
I am from overcoming challenges.
Challenges others couldn’t conquer━
Places others couldn’t come out from.
I am from people waiting till I’m about to drop.
Immediately when I drop I rise right back up━
I am from a place where no one else has been
and no one else would want to be.
