Definition of Lion

A large heavily built social cat
Of open or rocky area
Chiefly of Sub-Saharan Africa
And Southern Asia
As in:
The king of the jungle
Though the lion actually lives
Mostly grassy plains
As in:
The loudest roar
Of all the big cats the lion has
Up to five miles, it can be heard from
As in:
The lion will kill
Anything that endangers
Its territory including its own kind
As in:
The movie about lions is in the
Top fifty most popular movies
In the box office with
8 million dollars made
