Am I invisible
We were inseparable
Attached at the hip
Basically sister
I held no one closer
And told no one more
About myself
But now it’s changed
We are separated
We’re so detached
The amount we used to speak
could be compared to stadiums of cheers
But now its barely a whisper
You were the person I trusted most
And now you the person who sits next to me
And acts as if I’m not there
Doesn’t look in my direction
You act as though I’m a ghost
So again I ask
Am I invisible
I wrote this poem about me and a friend going through a period of me and her not talking to each other and how I felt during that time.
