Books. The endless possibilities of portals to be transported through. Different worlds, lives, and perspectives to see. The freedom of choice and travel. They are the most wonderful escape from life because of the amazing experiences you can gain without even moving. The simple flip of a paper. You can get lost in the world of ink and creativity as it pulls you from the real world and lets your personality be chosen by a talking hat, lets you find a living ghost, or lets you sit at the table of a tea party because it is always tea time. You forget they are just books and you are just reading. You could have sworn you were really there… in another life.
