People are flowers
Some thrive in the light
Others in the dark
Some like other flowers
Others do not
All have the same needs
Good soil
Sunlight
Water
Yet different at the same time
All pretty on the
outside
But if you look closely
It will show
Thorns along the stem
Sharp, and ready to cut
Scars within the petals
Withering leaves
Or several
torn off
Most are beautiful and thriving
then picked and thrown on the
ground
