My journey hath ended,
My eyes sealed shut.
Old miseries and sorrows
Of past die out.
Heaven't gates open,
bidding me welcome!
The angels sing out and
Virginia stands before me!
Sweet Virginia!
My wife, my lover!
My short life's partner!
The happiness once robbed
Of me now with reach!
Vitality, hunger, passion restored!
The wind turns,, darkness falls...
Virginia's face morphes into a devil grin!
Manic laughter fills the air!
Heaven's gates return shut,
And I am back where I belong,
Left to be tortured in my daily eternal Hell.
