Secret Self
Like a flower in the summer heat
Red flower, flowing side to side in the breeze
Different from the others in some way
 Quieter, taller, redder
But yet is judged on the exterior rather than the interior
Never having the opportunity to be chosen
Always seems to be left behind
Always having to hide away it's secret self
Who it really is, having to blend in with the others
When will it finally have enough
 When will it break through
Its tired of holding in the burden
When will it be free to grow,
Be who it's always wanted to be
When will it show it's secret self
