sticky scent of lavender
like it's dripping off my hair
and trailing down my face
with it's fragrant
too fragrant
aroma
almost like you're leaving
because the distance of your eyes
makes me feel like I'm gone already
and the sky just turned twilight
to humour me
and you smile
because you think you have to
