"Poetry is not turning loose emotion, but an escape from personality"--T.S. Eliot

In the Future
If I cut myself open,
Would there be wires
Instead of veins?
Oil
Instead of blood?

In the future,
If I cut myself open,
Would there be pipes
Instead of bones?
A memory chip
Instead of a brain?

In the future,
Would my heart be a battery,
Instead of a heart?
Beeping

Hi, I would like to reference your poem in an assignment but I would like to use your name to give you full credit for the work.  It's a really good poem by the way.  What is the best way of contacting you?
