It is more than just pages in a book
Meaningless pieces of paper
Words on a page
Insincere statements spread across the sheets
Pasted together
It is the very essence of me
My soul’s collection
Every last tear shed
To moments that shine brilliantly in my memories
It is more than just a book
It’s binding.
