The sea waves calling out to me

Your love thousand fathoms deep

I am drowning, I can’t breathe

Your memory intoxicating me

The sound of the waves flowing

On the sandy shore

And the gentle winds blowing

Into my spirits core

The sound of your laugh in my ear

And the smile that held me dear

I will live by the ocean

Your memory won’t hurt me there

The sea will fill my soul

And make my empty life whole

Maybe I will die in the ocean

Maybe I will sleep in a watery grave

Still I see your face

Maybe trying to save

I open my arms to embrace

And you come to me finally

And join me in my watery grave.
