waiting for forever
is harder than it seems
when everything you want
is just out of reach.

waiting for forever
is every day for me
but you are so worth it,
the man from my dreams

sometimes I get scared
that you will walk away
that waiting for forever
will get to you, someday

but I know your heart,
as well as I know mine
and in my heart I believe
forever will get here sometime.
